Meet the Founder
Hello, I'm Elleana Fielding, founder of This Little Piggy Childcare.
This Little Piggy Childcare was born from my love for children and my desire to provide safe, dependable care that parents can truly trust. For as long as I can remember, I have felt a special connection with children. They have always been naturally drawn to me, and I have always enjoyed being a positive, caring presence in their lives.
As a mother of three and an experienced childcare provider, I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident when leaving their children in someone else's care. That is why I have built This Little Piggy Childcare around the values that matter most to me: safety, trust, communication, and genuine connection.
I believe children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful interaction. My approach goes beyond simply supervising children. I actively engage with them, play alongside them, encourage their curiosity, and support their growth every step of the way. Every child deserves to feel loved, valued, and understood, and I make it my mission to meet each child where they are and respond to their individual needs.
What makes This Little Piggy Childcare different is the level of attention and care I provide. I stay dialed into each child's personality, interests, and developmental needs so that they can thrive in a nurturing environment. My goal is for every child to feel like they belong and for every parent to feel like they are part of our extended family.
Parents often tell me they appreciate my transparency and communication. I believe that strong partnerships between parents and caregivers create the best outcomes for children, and I work hard to keep families informed, involved, and confident in their child's care.
My vision for the future is to build a childcare system filled with like-minded caregivers who share the same commitment to excellence, compassion, and child development. I also hope to expand opportunities for families by offering enrichment programs, classes, crafts, and activities beyond traditional childcare hours.
